A. Hi, initially the baby will get double the birth weight by six months and triple the birth weight by one year. So you can calculate accordingly to your baby’s birth weight. You can give five semisolid feed in a day along with that you can give liquid feed like breastfeed, juices. Avoid citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year. Once baby completes one year you can give all food which you prepare at home but make sure it is cooked well and soft. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses and you will also follow a proper food timing. And baby will get all the nutrients. And it is easy to follow a timetable if it is ready.
