Doctor .My baby is 11months old. From which month , can we feed normal food ( mashed)to the baby like what we eat daily?

A. hi as a child is 11 months old now ,you can start giving normal food items which we take in our plate. but introduce new food items one by one . so you may check whether your child is comfortable with that particular food item or not
