doctor my baby girl is 2 year 10 months im observing her she is tightening her while body and keeping legs straight and hands before going to sleep kindly suggest?

The child is always doing it then you should get examined by the doctor because physically once your doctor is going to examine the child they’ll understand what the reason behind tightening the body like this and what can be done to comfort the child
