doctor my baby eats nothing I have tried so many things and doctor but nothing works please suggest something

A. hi instead of focusing that child not eating and giving medicines for this is not right thing first , we need to check why he or she is not taking food it can be due to -weather change - monotony of same food items - teething - indigestion - improper gap between meals and snacks - constipation
