Doctor my baby 8 months old is having dandruff which was not there earlier, baby is feeling itching it seems, he is having scaly patches, iam applying moisturizer everyday, giving shampoo bath thrice in a week,but now it became more, please suggest

Are you sure it is dandruff because kids don’t have dandruff at this only is the basically have cradle cap which a lot of parents get confused with the dandruff so I think that’s the same thing and your child is in a very good age if you believe in getting the head of the child shaved off please get that done that is going to eliminated completely because the skin is going to be cleaned with the help of the reason and head is going to be much better over the period so that’s one option that you have otherwise regular oil and shampoo and brushing is only going to help
