doctor meri 7 month ki beti hai or delivery ke baad mera tummy fat bhut jada bhad gaya hai jiski wajah se me uncomfortable mahsoos karti hun please help me kaise iss fat ko khatam karun kyuki rozana Ghar ke kaamo me time hi nhi mil pata khud ke liye

A. tr y to do skipping. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
