Q.

doctor i delivered mu kid on feb 18 upto 1 mnth i was able to give enough milk to her but after 1 mnth gradually my milk supply has decreased.can you suggest me how to increase milk supply

A. Hi mommy The more relaxed you are while breastfeeding, the better your milk will flow Make sure your chair or bed is comfortable and try to remove any distractions. For example, turn off your phone Have a glass of water on hand for yourself too Take well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk
