Q.

doctor gave zincovit and tonoferon and also am trying to give vegetable and also he is not eating beetroot, what are the iron rich supplements could you please tell me

A. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron rich vegetable. Dried apricots,buts, dates, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.
