hello doctor, My boy is 8month 2 week old now . Can I give him beetroot ? how to give and when is the best time ?

can give as boiled and grated or added to dal, khichdi, rice

Can be given as beetroot soup and juice, boiled and mashed properly. You can also include beetroot in porridge, upma, khichdi and other meals thay you prepare for your baby.
