Q.

Doctor after 16 months of normal delivery still I'm having some loose skin and strech marks around my belly button what can I do for this?

A. see it takes time n effort ok. try to do more exercise. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Mix one cup sugar with 1/4 cup of a softening agent, like almond oil or coconut oil, before mixing to the consistency of wet beach sand. Add some lemon juice. Scrub the mixture on the part of your body where the stretch marks are.
