Q.

doc suggested us to use omnizyme syrup to my son his 3yrs old.. could u pls help me how to use this before or after food??

A. good morning I would recommend definitely try to give it to the child after having food it is a heavy medicine for it is better that you consume a given to the child after the child has at least eaten something
