Doc says to avoid sugar and salt. wat to give for babies then?

A. Hi Yes a little bit of sugar can be given to the child so it should be giving properly from the age of seven months it self whenever you introduce semisolid food to the child because without salt there is not going to it is not going to be any flavour and also all the spices can be given to the child alongside
