offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene

as kids grow their gain of weight is not so rapid as compared to initial days of life.
so at first , ensure that your child weighs enough or not.
I mean as your child is 3 year old he or she should weighs between 13 to 15 kg.
