ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 17 months old now thrombophobe is a medicine to resolve the block in blood vessels it might not help much.apply ice and give ibugesic plus syrup 3.5 ml twice a day for 2-3 days
