doc had prescribed omanacortil syrup or for 3yrs old for skin allergy which is there for a week now. is this drug safe to use for small kids

If it was not safe then your doctor would have never advised to go for it in the first place see if you are taking a treatment from a doctor it is always good to trust the doctor because they know much better than we do so of course they know their job so trust them and go for it
