Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ascoril Flu drops to the baby ok BB Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
