do we need to remove foremilk while feeding.... baby per week gaining only 120 gm... plz suggest

A. hi no no need to throw it just feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which Naturally help to increase your child weight. give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday.
