Q.

baby girl is 1 month 10 days old.... is per week 120 gm weight increase is good or what will be the ideal weight gain

A. Ideally, infants should gain approximately 140-200 gms weight per week in the initial months and by 5th month, it should double the birth weight. But, in some babies it can vary a bit, which is normal. It will be too early for your baby to say whether it is increasing correctly or not. Try to feed mk in every 2-3 hours which must include 2 times night feed too.
