NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello the child could be having constipation and blood in the motion can be due to that and make sure to give your child fibre rich food in the diet and also include water after every solid and include flute especially banana and papaya which can help the child get relief from constipation
