Do Colic babies get affected by what their mothers eat?

A. Dear ma’am, to an extent yes. Too much consumption of caffeine or dairy products, gassy foods or spicy foods can cause colic in babies. There are techniques to relieve it naturally. Eg: tummy time (gentle abdominal massages, swinging, bicycle movement etc). Requesting you to get hands on help from a certified infant massage educator or a lactation Counsellor
