Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi it helps to strengthen your child immunity but for Healthy weight gain, give healthy meals and snacks give 3 major meals and 2 snacks per day prefer healthy diet which includes nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
