Q.

dirt is coming continuously from my son's eye, also there is swelling in under eyes. why it happens no itching and no paining.

A. It might be due to eye infection as you are saying the diet is coming from the eye so clean the eye with cotton dipped in water abd toba drops can be used but first consult an eye specialist take care
