Mane paediatric drops which is usually given to the kids till the age of one year and so on which when you calculate the drops and give it to the child that is how you’re supposed to give paediatric drops and the other one is a proper of paracetamol only that you gave it with the help of a cup you know like in the ML quantity you are supposed to give medicine so that is the only difference between two
