Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl19 hours agoA. The basic plan is going to include Khichdi porridge mashed banana potato sweet potato varieties of dairy products food made out of ragi oats and Suji you can give water Coconut water and buttermilk which would also be very healthy
