Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts. Add ghee to baby’s food.

Hi You saying that your child is 2 1/2 years of age at this age you should try to give all kind of vegetables that are prepared at home fruits everything which is a sensual which parents and the family are eating because you eat all good food so that’s the same thing you’re going to give to the child you do not have to work on any special diet for the child after the age of 12 months
