give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there is no restriction with what food you can be giving your child and you should be giving your child everything that you prepare for the family and make it more healthy and nutritious while you give for the child which should be better and aso safe
