Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Some thumb rules Don't over eat Dont take the food that is tough to digest Take sunbath daily with head and ears covered. Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Include more probiotics millets and citrus fruits in your diet
