A. Hello mom, your three year baby should be eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Offer morning idly, kichadi, idiyappam, cereals and wholegrains health mix, after noon offer rice with curry. Night should be idly or idiyappam offer before 8 a.m. Offer your baby yogurt, a glass of milk, butter, ghee, cottage cheese, lean meat, fish, potato, sweet potato, pumpkin it helps to improve baby's weight. Offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Offer plenty of water per day. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
