A. Hi at 2 years you can give all foods that are cooked for the whole family Try to give 3 to 5 meals a day from recipes like dal rive sabji, khichadi curd , vegetables paratha curd, milkshakes, upma, sheera idli sambar, chilla, paneer paratha, vegetable soup, egg recipes, fruit smoothie
