Add all family foods freshly cooked at home, stop giving biscuits wafers etc which gives empty calories and interfering with kids appetite instead give baby all homemade foods , add 3major meals and small healthy snacks in between, at an interval of 3hrs

For a one year child
Three meals having any two or three items from following groups of foods (according to season )
Soups : tomato ,drumsticks moong,daal
Meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits
Probiotics : curd buttermilk lassi etc (not.in cold and cough)
Daliya khichdi upma sheera kheer etc
