Fresh moringa leaves can be used in soups, normal sabzi with potatoes, with fried vegetables etc. Eat sprouted grains. Eat almonds by soaking them in a bowl of water through the night and have them first thing in the morning, as soon as she wakes up. Eat bottle gourd as it helps in proper hydration and better production of milk for feeding and rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, sodium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, folate, iron etc. Add garlic to vegetable curries, soups, etc. Eat fenugreek sprouts. A spoonful of cumin seeds a day along with jaggery and milk should be consumed. Consume sesame seeds by using them in laddoos, chikkis etc. Eat more of green vegetables and fresh fruits. Eat ragi in the form of dosas, idlis and chapattis. Eat oats. Consume gondh laddoos. Eat all kinds of Dal. Boil ajwain in water and strain it once it cools down and drink this warm liquid. Add half a spoon of turmeric to milk and drink it. Eat Panjeeri in form of laddoos. Use dry ginger powder in different dishes. Eat eggs, salmon and lean meat.
