There would be no specific that but still I would advise you to have proper diet whatever is being made at home the healthy food plus try and include more of proteins into your every meal for breakfast lunch and dinner try and have more amount of protein into your diet try and have plenty of fluids and fibres and try to do at least 1000 steps per day if it is comfortable for you that is good for your health and if you’re not doing any exercising or anything check with your doctor if you can start doing basic yoga under the doctors or experts observation which will help in better health as well as normal delivery
