Hey Mom, As the baby enters in the 6 month of age you can start with Rice and dal water, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,chicoo..start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.

remember one new food one at a time
