A. In 3 or 4 years, you can start feeding the child same food as yours. Include fresh, home cooked nutritious meal like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken and fish curry with rice, rajma, chhole, ghee, pan cake, waffle, omelette, boiled egg, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia and milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
