soft parathas dipped in dals
idli dosas
finger foods
milk poha
upma

Give food which you cook at home and give it in puree or mashed form. Give 3-5 times meal and in between offer water etc.
Give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups dal rice crambled eggs etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
