diet chart for 22 month toddler. he is moody. he sometimes eats roti like dat but sometimes I ve to mash it n blend then he eats it. I really dnt know how to inculcate the habit of independent eating

A. Hi Stop mashing the food. give whole foods to baby Baby will eat as per hunger do it worry if chikd eats less give right foods to baby, this is more important
