about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
give top food 4 or more times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and you should include full cream cow's milk now since child as completted one year and also include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products well
