just avoid cow milk and honey.
try to give everything in form of purees.
you should also start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Now your baby is 10 months old so you can add many things in babies diet plan. You can start giving cereals, rice, Chapati, oats, ragi, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, Suji products, egg, coconut water. Baby should take at least four meals in a day so you have to maintain a diet chart according to that.
