Pulses , powdered nuts
Egg and Nonveg
especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet.
about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
give top food four or more times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there is no much restriction with what food you can be giving your child and you can now slowly try to give your child everything that you prepare for the family and make it more healthy and nutritious while you give for the child which would be better and also safe
