He mentioned after giving Welminic syrup, if fever doesn't reduce, then only give Mefkind syrup. So everytime I am giving Welminic syrup, the fever is not at all reducing. He has prescribed Welminic for 4 times per day, so yesterday thrice fever didn't reduce, I gave him Mefkind P syrup three times.
Now also after giving Welminic, fever has not reduced, my question is - Mefkind P is safe to give for 3-4 times a day? Or should I go for Ibugesic plus? Which is more safer - Ibugesic plus or Mefkind syrup P?

mef kind is safe and you can give it to the child for fever and it can be given maximum four times per day. also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and take a follow up after 3 days
