A. hi mom thats fine try to include proteins in each meals frwsh fruit milkshakes parathas with curds paneer burji and parathas curd rice

A. baby is active then u should nt worry .. gv wt gaining foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana avocado pumpkin dry fruits as cashew almonds walnuts in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amt.. strt with vit supplements as zincovit
