Q.

despite of giving crocin medicine for fever the fever doesn't come down.doctors say no medit should be given before 6hrs

A. hello yes you should be giving the medicine in a gap of every 6 hours and it will come down not to worry but if the temperature is increasing then you can check your doctor and me advise you with an alternative medicine which you can give at the fourth hour if the temperature is too much
