Hello Ma’am I would advise you to take a pregnancy test because once your period start on a regular basis after that if you skip your periods and there are chances of being pregnant and the other thing could be due to hormonal imbalance so if you are not pregnant then consult your gynaecologist to get it checked as to what is the reason behind it
