A. Dear mum, for your 1 year and 10 months old child, give all family foods the way you prepare at your home. Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You should give nuts like almonds, walnuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates. Give all grains, cereal, pulses. You can give eggs and non veg food. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time.
