Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. The average height of a 20 months old boy should be around 84 cm and average weight should be around 11.2 kg. Give a balanced diet and include various food groups in his diet. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like homemade paneer, curd, cheese, ghee in small amounts and butter for his rapid growth and development. Make sure that the child does atleast 40-45 mins of physical activity every day. Give bananas and avocados as they help in weight gain. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give plain nuts and seeds to eat. Give one boiled egg per day.
