Dears My 3.2 yr old baby boy is getting fever frequently wen we are giving syrup it’s going off can u pls suggest I m worried

A. the fever medicine has effect for 4 hours or 6 hours only and after that it has to be repeated and if the fever frequency is more than 2 days that kindly meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment
