Dear team, My baby is doing loose motion since three days. As my mother in law said that due to his teeth are coming this will happen. But i think it is because of his dirty hands and objects which he always keep in his mouth. kindly advice why is it so . what i do?

A. the baby is nine months of age is baby is getting loose motions it is because of infection is baby is putting dirty fingers in the mouth she may get infection treat with z and D drops 1 ml 2 times a day along with RS
