Dear sir my son is 70 days old from 23 Rd day he started vomiting curdle milk we are using lanjol junior half tablet since 1 month but no sign of improvement he still vomiting milk,he is complete breastfeeding baby.. from past 3 days he not passing motion. kindly help ....Thanks in advance

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this is absolutely normal no need of medicines Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
