Dear sir, My babys(tweens) born on 30th May 2018 as he is olmost 4 years old but still not speaking anything but react and understand everything sir please advise what should i do

As ur twins are 4 years old and has not started to speak, then u need to consult with speech therapist as he will guide you with speech therapies after the proper evaluation of the kids
