dear sir my baby is 3 months 19 days old n her birth weight is 3.3 kg now she is 6.4 kg since last 19days she has not put on any weight is it normal?? she is active and normal ... what might be the reason for not gaining weight.

And there could be a possibility that the breastfeeding that you are giving to the child is not working out sufficiently now so just check with the lactation specialist if they help you with it then you can go ahead with giving formula feeding as well to the child if needed
